Day to Day Itinerary:

• DAY 1: DEPARTURE SFO/LAX.Depart from San Francisco/Los Angeles on Singapore Airlines.
• DAY 2: VIENTIANEArrival in Vientiane. Meet with guide and transfer to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight in Vientiane.
• DAY 3: VIENTIANE (Breakfast)Sightseeing in Vientiane. Tour the different highlights of the city, including an open air museums, Wat Xieng Khuan (Bhuddha Park). This is a collection of whimsical but compelling statues of Buddhist and Hindu gods such as That Luang and Ho Pha Keo. End your day at teh Talaat Sao or the "morning market", the best place to buy traditional Lao fabrics. Overnight in Vientiane.
• DAY 4: VIENTIANE-LUANG PRABANG (Breakfast)Flight from Vientiane to Luang Prabang. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
• DAY 5: LUANG PRABANG (BREAKFAST) Excursion by boat to Tham Pak Ou Caves. Travel down the Mekong River to the steep limestone cliffs overlooking the Mekong and Nam Ou rivers, home to the Tham Pak Ou Caves. These extradinary caves are filled with Buddha images, of every style and material imaginable. On the return journey, stop at Ban Xang Hai Village, the local rice wine whisky. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
• DAY 6: LUANG PRABANG (BREAKFAST)All day at leisure. Overnight in Luang Prabang.
• DAY 7: DEPARTURE (BREAKFAST) Fly from Luang Prabang to Bangkok. Transfer to airport for flight to next destination.
