Day to Day Itinerary:
- DAY 1: DEPARTURE Depart from SFO/LAX to Kuching on Singapore Airlines.
- DAY 2:ARRIVE KUCHINGArrive in Kuching and transfer to the Hilton or similar. Enjoy the day at your leisure. Overnight at Hilton
- DAY 3: KUCHING CITY TOURAfter breakfast proceed for the Kuching City Tour. The tour stops at the Cat Monument, City Hall, the oldest Chinese Temple in the city and the famed Sarawak Museum. Drive through quaint Malay Kampungs and the heart of the city. In the evening take a walk on the waterfront. Overnight at Hilton.
- DAY 4: SEMENGGOH NATURE RESERVE WILDLIFE CRUISEAfter breakfast, early morning visit the Semenggoh Nature Reserve, take a walk on the trails and try to spot semi-wild Orangutans. In the evening, take a Wildlife Cruise at the Kuching Wetlands National Park and return to dry land for late dinner. Overnight at Hilton.
- DAY 5:BAKO NATIONAL PARKMorning breakfast, depart for the Bako National Park. A half hour ride take you to the fishing village of Bako to board a boat for the park headquarters. Enjoy lunch and dinner at the Park Canteen. On this day, enjoy the lunch and dinner will be provided at the canteen. Overnight at Hilton.
- DAY 6:KUCHING-DRIVE TO BATANG AIDepart from Batang Ai. The journey will take about 5 hours. Along the way, pass rice fields, pepper plantations, roadside kampongs and have lunch at the tiny little town on Lachau. On arrival at teh Batang Ai Dam be ferried across to resort. Overnight at Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort.
- DAY 7:LONGHOUSE DAY TRIP
After breakfast, depart by native longboats that feed into the Batang Ai Lake. The highlights of the tour is the traditoinal welcome with maidens in ceremonial regalia and the Ngajat dance. Tuak, the local rice wine is served and you will have a chance to try yoiur hand at handing the blowpipe. Enjoy lunch and then resort. Overnight at Hilton Batang Ai Longhouse Resort.
- DAY 8:BATANG AI - KUCHINGAfter breakfast, depart Batang Ai and return to Kuching. Enjoy lunch at the Ranchan Waterfall and then transfer to Hilton Hotel. Overnight at Hilton.
- DAY 9:DEPARTUREAfter breakfast, transfer to airport for flight back home
