DEPOSIT and FINAL PAYMENT
A $200.00 non-refundable deposit per person is required upon confirmation of tour packages. Final payment is due no later than 45 days prior to departure.

REVISIONS / CHANGES
You may change the air and/or land portion
of your reservation any time before 45 days of departure. Any change made after documents have been printed
(45 days prior), is subject to a $50.00 administrative fee per person.
Plus any airline and/or hotel charge.

INSURANCE
We at Sayang Holidays strongly recommend that you insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of an injury, illness, etc. Contact Sayang Holidays for details

TOUR INCLUSIONS
» Airfares
International Round-trip, coach class airfare on Singapore Airlines from LAX-SFO-JFK, and designated carriers from connecting U.S. cities. (Add-on fares are available and additional).

» Transfers
Transfers are provided by private auto or motor coach as to meet your requirements. Transfers include airport pick-up and transportation to meet your requirements. Transfers include airport pick-up and transportation to select hotel and return to airport upon departure day. Also transportation between two resorts if outlined in your package.

» Resort Accommodations
Room, Suite or Villa accommodations are provided in the room category at the resorts indicated with daily breakfast. In some rare instances alternative resorts may be offered at listed price, Due to availability.
Accommodation is based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement. 21% Bali hotel tax is included in individual package price.

» Tour Document Delivery via Fed Ex 2nd Day
Sayang Holidays will deliver all sensitive travel documents using track able
Fed Ex 2nd Day Delivery to clients at no additional charge.

TOUR EXCLUSIONS
Documentation cost,any airline fuel charges approx. $ 200 - $ 280 USD, foreign airport, foreign airport taxes, U.S. departure tax, U.S. Immigration and Customs User Fees, Airport Facility Charges, Visitor's visa, excess baggage charges, inoculations or vaccinations, sightseeing tours, meals, laundry, insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein.

CANCELLATIONS
After a reservation has been made with Sayang Holidays and confirmed with payment, the following penalties, per person, will apply………
$200.00---45 or more days prior to departure
$350.00—21 to 45 days prior to departure.
$500.00— 8 to 20 days prior to departure.
100% Tour Price—7 days or less of departure.
After departure, any unused portions of any itinerary, including hotel, air, & transfers, are non-refundable.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a passport valid for least six months beyond your travel dates. Visas are the responsibility of the passenger, although advice is gladly given.

HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Currently, no health requirements exist for visiting Indochina. However, as these requirements are subject to change, please contact your physician or local Health Dept. for current requirements.
